Global Language System, a division of Global Impact Group LLC, is currently seeking a qualified Ibo / Igbo Interpreter to support interpretation services for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate English ↔Ibo / Igbo  via telephone.
  • Facilitate clear communication between USCIS officers and limited English proficient individuals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during interpretation sessions.
  • Follow interpreter ethics and standards.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Ibo / Igbo.
  • Prior interpretation experience (legal, immigration, or government preferred).
  • Ability to perform consecutive interpretation accurately.
  • Reliable phone and internet connection.
