Job description

The Loyalty Coordinator is the “behind-the-scenes producer,” keeping loyalty and subscription initiatives running smoothly coordinating projects, aligning cross-functional teams like an ensemble cast, and ensuring timelines, updates, and communications stay on track. This role helps turn plans into polished “productions,” supporting reporting and presentations while helping each initiative launch with the energy of a blockbuster opening weekend.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate and execute loyalty and subscription program initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track from planning through launch.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools like Monday.com, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Guest Services, and external vendors to drive alignment and execution.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and support business reviews, program updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clear updates, follow-ups, and accountability on key initiatives.
  • Support reporting and analytics, including compiling performance metrics, maintaining dashboards, and organizing data for insights.
  • Provide operational and administrative support, including meeting coordination, documentation, vendor management, and process improvements.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, loyalty programs, customer engagement, or related business functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
