IBM Maximo Integration Architect / M&A Cutover Lead (REMOTE - USA)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the mentioned skill sets and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 6+ month contracting role, with potential for extension.This is a REMOTE role.


Project Overview: M&A Maximo Migration

Principal Maximo Integration Architect / M&A Cutover Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical architecture for IBM Maximo integrations supporting an M&A separation.
  • Lead data mapping, transformation, migration, and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop and execute integration, migration, and cutover strategies.
  • Own technical workstreams and ensure delivery of critical project milestones.
  • Lead mock cutovers, production cutovers, and hypercare support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, performance, and data issues.
  • Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and remediation of high-priority issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance within regulated (GxP/FDA) environments.
  • Develop and review technical designs, interface specifications, and migration documentation.
  • Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to stability and scalability.
  • Support change management, release planning, and deployment activities.
  • Identify technical risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure successful knowledge transfer and operational readiness for post-go-live support.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for integration and migration issues.
  • Provide executive-level status updates and recommendations on integration and cutover readiness.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience leading the technical architecture for IBM Maximo integrations supporting an M&A separation.
  • Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) experience, including Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, Object Structures, and APIs.
  • Designing experience and being able to oversee integrations experience between Maximo and ERP, PLM, middleware, manufacturing, and other enterprise systems.
  • Drive successful delivery of Maximo integration objectives while minimizing operational risk during the M&A transition.
  • Be able to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to developers and integration engineers.
  • Experience working with compliance within regulated (GxP/FDA) environments.
  • Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, PMO, infrastructure, application teams, and third-party vendors.
