OneStream Reporting Analyst
Position Type: Full Time, Exempt employee.
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, DOE.
Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA and may offer a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote).

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and motivated OneStream Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Systems / OneStream team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in optimizing and maintaining our OneStream system to support our accounting and finance team and drive strategic accounting and finance initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain simple to complex OneStream shared reports, including Dashboards and cube views utilizing the OneStream software.
  • Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and insights via OneStream reporting.
  • Analyze and build new custom reports using OneStream software functionality.
  • Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirements.
  • Provide support for existing OneStream reports.
  • Document and report function and design to facilitate maintenance.
  • Participate in report reviews with accounting team.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of upgrades as it relates to report testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with accounting the accounting team to understand requirements to build and support OneStream related reporting needs.
  • Support business users through training and helping them to build locally run excel (XF and quick view) reports.
  • Show proficiency in maintaining logic and calculations within cube view reports in OneStream.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s is preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a financial consolidation role. required.
  • OneStream report development experience highly preferred although experience with other financial software consolidation tools would be considered (HFM/Hyperion or Anaplan).
  • Accounting background is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with confidential data.
  • Background in supporting Accounting teams and basic knowledge of accounting.
  • OneStream administration experience is preferred.
  • Superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Superior computer skills. Adept at MSWord, Excel amp; PowerPoint.
  • A positive person who is accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable professional who can work independently.
  • A team player who truly views no task as too large or too small, but instead views every assignment as an opportunity to learn and grow.
