The Job:

As a Field Service Technician in PA, you'll be part of our Lenox team working as a Remote employee. You'll get to:

  • Solve end-user problems through troubleshooting minor repairs, alignment, and calibration of equipment, as well as product performance and trial tests to achieve optimum product performance.

  • Coordinate with Territory Account Manager(s) to manage your territory, develop target opportunities, and handle service/maintenance requests for existing customers.

  • Utilize SFDC to collect and maintain data about products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for both Lenox and competitive accounts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows and seminars and learning about innovative technology.

  • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment.

  • Motivate distributors and keep distributor sales personnel focused on technical services as a value-added service when selling.

  • Identify end-user applications to provide cost-effective product recommendations that improve customer quality of process for sawing operations.

  • Coordinate and implement technical product and application solutions that extend value to customers, consumers, and sales representatives.

  • Learn, understand, and apply all aspects of The Lenox Advantage, Site Survey Process, and reporting tool.

  • Convince customers of the value of LENOX products, running product trials against competitors and demonstrating the benefits of analyzing price vs. cost.

The Person:

  • 2-5 years of equipment maintenance and repair and/or hands-on experience in a shop production environment or equivalent.

  • Technical and mechanical ability to work with tools and machines.

  • Sales experience in industrial sales is preferred.

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $67,200.00 - $108,200.00
