Style Crest is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician with a background in HVAC installation and service . If you’re passionate about quality workmanship and want to be part of a company that values integrity, safety, and excellence, we want to hear from you!

Style Crest has a long-standing presence in the Fremont community through our manufacturing and distribution operations supporting the manufactured housing industry nationwide. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our HVAC installation and service capabilities into Northwest Ohio, creating new opportunities to deliver the same trusted service we provide in other markets across the country to customers in our local region.

This role will play an important part in helping us build and grow HVAC service operations near Toledo and through Northwest Ohio, supporting homeowners, contractors, and partners with high-quality installation, maintenance, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely install HVAC equipment and components, including furnaces, A/C units, water heaters, ductwork, and gas lines
  • Accurately wire both high-voltage and low-voltage systems
  • Install and braze copper refrigerant lines
  • Install sheet metal and flexible ductwork in manufactured homes and residential/light commercial buildings
  • Pre-measure and plan each job to determine required materials and tools
  • Load, transport, and verify all job materials and equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to code, meeting manufacturer and safety specifications
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for every job, including signatures, invoices, and payment handling
  • Communicate with dispatch and management to provide real-time updates on job status, delays, or issues
  • Respond to customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
  • Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain and care for company-issued tools and equipment
  • Complete diagnostic readings using appropriate test instruments

Requirements:

  • Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience is required. Two (2) years of experience of HVAC installation preferred.
  • EPA certification is required.
  • Completion of a trade program in an applicable field is preferred.
  • Maintains a valid driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC installation, start up, related HVAC tools and test instruments.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and be able to distinguish between different HVAC equipment.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates solid problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work on-call and overtime hours require.
  • Completion of a trade program in an applicable field is preferred.
