Job description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and property maintenance. This role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design.
  • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements.
