Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ethically sound and compassionate counseling sessions to clients using secure video chat platforms.
  • Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities catered to individual client needs.
  • Construct tailored treatment plans through initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Help clients foster insights into their emotions, relationships, and life experiences, enhancing their self-awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The core focus of this role is working with stable, low-acuity adults who may present a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress management issues. Your role as a counselor will involve guiding these individuals through their concerns and supporting them in achieving an improved quality of life through structured therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Possession of an active, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice. Accepted credentials include LMFT, LCSW, and LCPC.
  • Clear of any provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and support.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers and video conferencing tools, to ensure effective remote counseling sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical mental health counseling.
  • Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Your hard work and dedication will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
