• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, background, and treatment objectives.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of clients, continuously adjusting these plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clients may present with various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise in providing culturally competent care will play a vital role in enhancing client outcomes and fostering a positive therapeutic experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a private practice environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Trauma-Informed Care, Play Therapy, or Family Systems Therapy. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices will also be advantageous.
