Bridgeway Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing essential social services to vulnerable populations within our community. This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while engaging with clients from our hospice center and various other settings. You will have the tools and systems in place to conduct effective assessments, deliver counseling, and develop service plans while remaining connected with our team of dedicated professionals. Regular business hours are expected, with occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Design and implement individualized service plans that integrate specific goals, interventions, and ongoing progress tracking.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with complex life situations.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify and connect them with relevant community resources to enhance their well-being.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when clients face immediate challenges.
• Foster partnerships with local agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, promoting agency services and fostering awareness of critical social issues.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continual professional training to enhance service delivery and personal development.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing serious challenges such as chronic illness, mental health concerns, and significant social barriers. By providing holistic support and individualized care, you will help clients navigate their circumstances, access essential services, and foster resilience in the face of adversity.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated understanding of social and economic justice issues, relevant community resources, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence, necessary for working with diverse populations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities that enable effective interventions and support for clients.

• Professional experience in a social service agency, hospice environment, or related setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and networks specific to the Eugene, Oregon area.
• Previous experience in crisis intervention and mental health support.
