We're looking for a Dayforce HCM (HR/Payroll) System Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the trusted partner who helps clients unlock the full potential of Dayforce. This role is designed for a creative, collaborative, Dayforce-savvy professional who excels at guiding solutions and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Partner with client stakeholders to align processes, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate engaging client workshops that bring solutions to life.
  • Lead testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth launch.

  • Excellent communicator-able to lead workshops, build trust with clients, and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus.
  • Dayforce certification is a bonus, but not required-we value experience and passion.

Why Align HCM?
  • Impact: Help organizations simplify pay and HR processes for thousands of employees.
