We are a client-focused payroll service company dedicated to providing personalized service, accuracy, and reliability to small businesses. As we grow, we are looking for a self-motivated sales consultant to expand our presence in Boise and Napa.

If you have payroll sales experience, at least two years of sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for small business success, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect & Generate Leads - Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Close Deals - Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial consultation to onboarding.
  • Manage Warm Leads - Work with inbound referrals and leads from our marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in Local Marketing - Participate in networking events, partner collaborations, and social media efforts to increase brand visibility.
  • Consult & Educate - Help small business owners understand the benefits of switching to a high-service payroll provider.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience - Preferably in payroll, HR, or B2B services.
  • Attention to Detail - Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven Track Record of Sales Success - Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
