What You Will Do:

  • Defend professional liability and malpractice claims through all phases of litigation.
  • Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and manage written discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Work with expert witnesses and consultants.
  • Assist with trial preparation and appellate matters.
  • Develop strong client relationships while working collaboratively with attorneys across offices and practice groups.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of litigation experience, preferablyΒ in professional liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, or other complex civil litigation.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and good standingΒ required; admission in other jurisdictions a plus.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
