Job description

We are looking for a people analytics professional to join its Human Capital Analytics and Products (HCAP) team as a research associate. Members of HCAP are curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collegial, collaborative, and engaging working environment.
What you'll do day-to-day
  • Use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people.
  • Run analyses with people data, write reports that weave insights together into a compelling narrative, and develop visualizations for an executive audience.
  • Work on a range of people analytics projects related to recruiting and talent assessment, development, management, and retention.

Who we're looking for
  • A bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years of relevant work experience analyzing data in a business setting are required.
  • Proficiency managing and analyzing data using scripting languages such as Python or R. Advanced, knowledge of Excel, and intermediate SQL skills are preferred.
  • A demonstrated foundation in statistics is required, with a preference for experience in social science research methods.
  • A willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively, and drive projects to completion is crucial, as is the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
  • Interest in generative AI and a desire to use it to improve and reimagine tools, workflows, and deliverables.
