This full-time role is remote, allowing you to create a flexible work environment while connecting with clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique situations.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatments such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to facilitate client progress effectively.
  • Continuously track client therapy responses and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to modify treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and psychologists at Conscious Therapy, to ensure a well-rounded approach to each client’s care.
  • Assist clients in navigating medical treatment plans, focusing on adherence to psychotropic medications and any associated side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus
