• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Deliver high-quality evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methods, during individual or group sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, treatment progress, and client communications in compliance with regulations.
• Engage with clients in a compassionate manner, building trust, rapport, and a safe space for expressing their concerns.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health through regular professional development and collaboration with your peers.
• Manage scheduling, client follow-ups, and participate in case consultations with other team members as necessary.

The clients you will serve primarily consist of adults seeking assistance with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to inclusivity means that you will work with a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds, creating an enriching counseling experience for both you and your clients.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults in an outpatient or community setting.
• Strong writing skills necessary for maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by a licensure board in any jurisdiction.

• Demonstrated training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
