Job Summary
We're seeking a passionate Custom Saddle Expert - a self-starter, obsessed with horses, and highly skilled in sales and marketing.
This role will spearhead our sales efforts across an assigned territory, building our brand and ensuring exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
While this is a 100% remote job - the position requires 80-90% travel.
  • Represent Stella Saddlery at horse shows, equestrian events, and across social media, actively identifying potential customers.
  • Conduct expert saddle fittings for riders, trainers, industry professionals and their networks, with a focus on comfort and customer satisfaction for horse and rider.
  • Manage inventory of demo saddles and accessories diligently.
  • Be a driving force for ideas and improvement to enhance the brand's impact and growth.

Qualifications
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a comprehensive practical understanding of - and passion for - horses in western disciplines
  • Demonstrable experience within the equestrian world is a significant advantage
  • Proven sales and marketing aptitude
  • Valid driver's license and passport
