What we are looking for:

Equity Research Analyst, Fiera Capital, Inc., Dayton, Ohio.

Your responsabilities:

  • Perform fundamental equity analysis in energy & materials or any assigned sectors.
  • Develop & maintain quantitative, sector-specific, & industry-specific models using tools including Python, Bloomberg (BQuant), & FactSet.

Your qualifications:

  • Must have a Master's in Finance or MBA in Finance or foreign equivalent and 3 years of experience performing equity analysis & developing investment analytics with an asset management firm.
  • Must be a CFA Charter holder.
  • Of experience required, must have 3 years:
  • coding in Python, C# & SQL; performing fundamental equity analysis; performing financial modelling; and presenting investment thesis.
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.

Additional information:

  • Required 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
  • 10% domestic &/or international travel required.

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
