Position Description
The Manager of Enterprise Application Services provides leadership for the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of assigned enterprise applications that support college business operations. This position leads the Low-Code Solutions Developer job family, overseeing the designing, building, deployment, and support of forms, workflows, and automations that streamline business processes across the college. Working with academic and administrative units across the college, this position performs business analysis to evaluate operational needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties (*Essential Functions)

*Supervises, leads, mentors, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff, including the Low-Code Solutions Developer job family, and supports their professional development across career levels
*Communicates and delegates work assignments based on priorities established by the department
*Responsible for scheduling staff to ensure appropriate coverage during normal business hours and on-call support as required by the department
*Oversees the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of forms, workflows, and automations that support college business processes
*Directs the administration and development of the college's e-signature solutions and platforms, including configuration, templates, integrations,
permissions, and end-user support
*Directs the administration of the college's Service Management System (SMS) and, in collaboration with the IT Service Desk, develops forms, workflows, business solutions, integrations, permissions, and end-user support processes
Performs business analysis to evaluate operational needs across academic and administrative units, facilitates stakeholder engagement, gathers and validates requirements, evaluates existing processes, and translates business needs into technical solutions
Establishes and enforces standards for governance, security, documentation, change control, and supportability across assigned platforms and solutions
Monitors compliance with department Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution
Reviews manual processes across the college and identifies automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Coordinates with other ITS managers and system administrators on installation, upgrades, integration, connectivity, and maintenance of enterprise applications
Responds to emergency situations as needed, during and after normal business hours, to identify, assess, and mitigate critical operational issues
Communicates and fosters professional relationships with faculty, staff, students, or other groups across the college
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of enterprise application administration and the delivery of forms, workflows, and automations that support business operations
Knowledge of low-code platform capabilities, solution lifecycle practices, and integration patterns
Knowledge of e-signature solutions, platform administration, and digital business process design
Knowledge of business analysis methods, gathering requirements, process evaluation, and translation of business needs into technical solutions
Knowledge of IT governance, security, compliance, change management, and documentation standards
Leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
Project coordination, prioritization, delegation, and continuous improvement skills
Ability to work collaboratively with academic, administrative, and technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and four years of experience including enterprise application administration, business systems, or solution delivery; or
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and seven years of experience including enterprise application administration, business systems, or solution delivery; or
An equivalent combination of education in an IT related discipline and relevant work experience
One year of previous supervisory experience OR one year of experience leading IT projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination
Preferences
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Experience developing solutions on low-code platforms
Experience administering and developing e-signature solutions or platforms
Experience performing business analysis, process improvement, or requirements engineering
Experience in higher education or public sector environments
Relevant industry certifications in application administration, business analysis, project management, or low-code platforms
