The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing individualized therapeutic services to clients of all ages. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Providing evidence-based individual and couples therapy, assisting clients in understanding and overcoming their challenges.
• Managing client documentation by completing all required notes and record-keeping activities in a timely fashion to maintain accurate client histories.
• Utilizing our billing service to efficiently handle claims, manage client accounts receivable, and provide benefit verification, allowing you to focus purely on clinical work.
• Maintaining an organized schedule, including setting up ongoing appointments and ensuring you are accessible for client support.

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals and couples from various backgrounds and age groups. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients facing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and more. Your role will involve building strong therapeutic relationships and fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, which is critical for effective treatment outcomes.

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
• Licensure as an LCSW, allowing for independent practice.
• Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to ethical guidelines, maintaining excellent therapeutic boundaries.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively support a robust client caseload.
• Cultural competency to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Self-motivation and self-sufficiency are essential attributes for success in a remote role.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with:

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy, enabling effective treatment planning for relational dynamics.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, along with an attractive sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include:
