Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, focusing on fostering client engagement to enhance their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions and life experiences, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and understanding of their relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them define realistic therapeutic goals and empowering them to work towards achieving these objectives.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status, develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach, and implement strategies based on clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions while minimizing administrative tasks, as most paperwork is managed by our dedicated support team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Silver Way Rehabilitation Center, we primarily work with a client base of pre-screened adults who experience low-acuity mental health concerns. Our clients are stable, allowing for a focus on therapeutic modalities aimed at enhancing coping skills and emotional intelligence, rather than crisis intervention. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, ensuring you can practice independently without supervision, including credentials such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted—candidates must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature are essential to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and computer software to conduct counseling sessions and maintain communication with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in remote counseling practices is preferred, as this setting requires proficiency with virtual communication tools.
• Previous experience working with adult clients facing general mental health challenges can be advantageous.
• A background in behavioral therapy or cognitive-behavioral approaches is a plus, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit to ensure you receive your earnings promptly.
