Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, identifying the unique mental health needs of each client, and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that all interventions align with the specific goals and preferences of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and adjustment of treatment strategies as needed throughout the therapeutic process.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, adapted to fit each client's unique situation.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of sessions and client progress, adhering to privacy laws and best practices in remote therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. You will engage with a wide spectrum of age groups and demographics, allowing for a rich therapeutic experience. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Completion of a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for fostering rapport with clients in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and a compassionate approach to understanding clients' unique experiences and challenges.
• Proficiency in organizational skills and time management is essential to effectively handle multiple client schedules and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting or telehealth services.
• Familiarity with specific populations such as adolescents, trauma survivors, or individuals coping with severe mental health conditions.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms that facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
