• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities in both individual and group settings, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for exploration and healing.
• Employ techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and medical professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and conferences to stay current with mental health research and practices.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Proven competence in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• Deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to function effectively within a collaborative healthcare team structure.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Specialization or advanced training in evidence-based therapies is a plus.
