• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ mental health goals and objectives.
• Hold regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing continuous support and guidance to clients.
• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients’ unique backgrounds and conditions, ensuring culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs, providing a dynamic and responsive therapeutic experience.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress within our EHR systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all ethical guidelines.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. You will encounter clients from various walks of life, facing different challenges, requiring you to employ a broad range of techniques and methodologies to meet their restorative needs efficiently. Creating a safe and trusting environment for clients is paramount in enabling effective therapy.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in therapeutic settings.
• Strong crisis intervention abilities with a capacity to remain composed in high-stress circumstances.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that promote rapport with clients and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

• Hands-on experience providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the adept ability to maintain meticulous documentation.
