• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including crisis management strategies and medication treatment plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of therapeutic processes.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to support clinical decision-making, enhancing the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring cohesive care delivery and improved patient outcomes.
• Actively engage in accreditation processes and licensing requirements, keeping current with professional standards to maintain quality care.
• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating seamless integration of services and resources.
• Foster open communication lines with stakeholders to meet contract compliance standards and advocate for the agency's mission within the community.
• Establish and maintain relationships with public and private agencies to promote programs and explore new funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities through conferences, certifications, and participation in relevant task forces.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a collaborative team-focused environment.

The clients you will serve include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges related to emotional health, substance misuse, and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred, particularly with diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapeutic interventions and comprehensive behavioral assessments.
