• Deliver exceptional therapeutic services through a range of evidence-based modalities, personalized for each client’s unique needs.

• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their advancement throughout treatment.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all client records are accurate, current, and secured.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields is required for this position.
• Must possess full licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon, enabling independent and supervisory-free practice in therapy.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience. Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and an understanding of trauma-informed care will be advantageous. Previous experience working in outpatient settings is also desirable.
