Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, documenting their mental, behavioral, and emotional health from initial consultation through to discharge.
  • Evaluate and monitor clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving needs and feedback.
  • Develop personalized intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring they are grounded in best practices.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive and comprehensive intervention plans.
  • Manage referrals as necessary, ensuring clients receive appropriate and timely external support when needed.
  • Provide support to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with strategies to manage related mental health challenges.
  • Regularly follow up with external care providers for clients who require hospitalization, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
