This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. As a therapist at Clason Mental Health Clinic, you will conduct sessions via telehealth, connecting with clients through secure video conferencing tools and offering convenient access to mental health services from the comfort of their own homes. Typical work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

• Conduct virtual client evaluations to assess mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans that cater to individual client goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices during one-on-one sessions, ensuring effective treatment delivery designed to foster client progress.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish measurable and achievable treatment goals, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Document all client interactions comprehensively, adhering to clinical and professional standards of documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in mental health therapy and integrate emerging methodologies into your clinical practice.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Clason Mental Health Clinic, your focus will be on providing care for low-acuity clients who may be dealing with challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

While not mandatory, experience working with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems are highly valued. Proficiency in utilizing video conferencing technology to facilitate engaging and effective sessions will enhance your performance in this role.

Clason Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
