• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, using standardized diagnostic tools, ensuring a keen understanding of their issues and history.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, focusing on personalized goals and evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our integrated treatment team, discussing client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to the families of clients, fostering a collaborative approach to treatment that enhances understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, adhering strictly to ethical and regulatory guidelines established within the mental health profession.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals grappling with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. The remote nature of this position enables you to provide care to clients from various backgrounds, enriching your cultural competence and understanding of different perspectives on mental health.

• A current and valid license as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or clinical psychologist.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating specialized skills in assessment and treatment planning.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health conditions, with an ability to implement these techniques effectively.
