• Conduct virtual mental health assessments using specialized software designed for teletherapy to accurately gauge the needs of clients.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via webcam, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited for online interactions, while adapting to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to assess progress and tailor treatment strategies to their evolving needs.
• Participate in regular team meetings through conference calls and web chat to discuss individual client treatment plans and share valuable insights to enhance collective expertise.
• Seek out continuous education opportunities, staying updated on best practices and regulations governing telehealth services to ensure compliance and quality care delivery.

You will be responsible for working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. By prioritizing a client-centered approach, you will establish meaningful therapeutic relationships built on trust and understanding, ultimately guiding clients toward positive changes in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) that permits you to provide psychotherapeutic services.
• A strong ability to communicate effectively with clients in a remote setting, utilizing platforms such as Zoom or Skype.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a focus on helping individuals navigate emotional difficulties.
• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and online tools to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.
