• Conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using scientifically validated techniques tailored for effectiveness.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused intervention to meet diverse client goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing progress and strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality in client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be working with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including stress management, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with a wide variety of clients.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software to ensure efficient documentation and client management.
• A proven track record of effective collaboration within a healthcare team, demonstrating a commitment to integrated client care.

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
