Facility & Systems: Setting: Hospital-based & remote coverage Modalities Handled: X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine Case Mix: 60% Emergency Room PACS: Fuji Dictation: PowerScribe Rate Structure: Hourly Rate: $410/hr Holiday Hourly Rate: $615/hr (1.5x standard rate) Overtime Rate: $410/hr Holiday Overtime Rate: $615/hr Malpractice Insurance: Must be included in rates Conversion Fee: Required (rate to be provided upon offer) Submission Requirements: Board Certification: Required State Medical License: Active license required (or IMLC eligible) Availability: Should be open to overnight coverage (12a 8a)
