Although the majority of your work will be conducted from home, periodic meetings and consultations may occur at our community health center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of methodologies to effectively address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure well-rounded care that aligns with best practices in mental health services.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, using both experience and empathy to stabilize their situations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, educating the public about resources available, and advocating against the stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a varied client base, representing a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and cultural identities. By serving these diverse populations, you will not only enhance your clinical skills but also develop a deeper cultural competence that enriches your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and form therapeutic relationships across diverse populations.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity to the varied backgrounds of clients.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to manage documentation and client records effectively and timely.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a community mental health setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of socio-cultural issues affecting mental health.
• Proficiency with multi-disciplinary collaboration and teamwork in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
