Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through virtual sessions, employing diagnostic tools to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate closely with case managers and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support tailored to their comprehensive needs.
• Provide crisis intervention, support, and follow-up care for clients experiencing acute mental distress, effectively applying your clinical skills in urgent situations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, including virtual workshops and webinars, to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will be instrumental in addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress-related disorders, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported in their mental health journey.

Qualifications

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboratively work with a team of professionals.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and an unwavering respect for diverse clients to facilitate sensitive and effective interactions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to a variety of mental health issues.
• Experience conducting community outreach or educational programs focused on mental health awareness.

Compensation and Benefits
