The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the success of clinical systems and personnel.Major Responsibilities:Lead and direct the overall clinical operations, providing full-time clinical oversight and accountability for the region.Provide stabilization and progression support for clinical departments during vacancies and the onboarding of new leaders.Conduct assessments of clinical systems and processes to ensure compliance with company, state, and Federal regulatory standards.Guide clinical management staff and consultants in developing business plans focused on clinical operations, setting priorities, and assigning responsibilities.Monitor departmental activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and coach and discipline staff as necessary.Evaluate clinical leadership at care centers, identifying opportunities for talent development and creating plans for improvement.Schedule and conduct regular meetings with leadership and site visits to provide supervision, ensure open communication, and monitor facility operations.Drive innovation in healthcare by implementing new ideas and systems to improve processes and achieve superior outcomes while building a successful management team.Minimum Qualifications:RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or 4-5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven leadership ability with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing services administration preferred.Must hold and maintain a current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the assigned state.
