Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote, allowing licensed therapists the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of their own locations. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, leveraging standardized tools and client interviews to identify individual needs and develop actionable treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy—in individual and group sessions.

- Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for patients.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in scenarios involving acute mental health emergencies.

Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with a specific focus on evidence-based practices.
- Proven ability to perform comprehensive assessments and design personalized treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to uphold ethical standards and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth applications is highly desirable.
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team-based care model.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
- Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions in clinical settings.
