• Provide high-quality mental health counseling services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize data-driven assessment tools to develop personalized treatment plans targeting mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Focus on maintaining client safety and confidentiality while fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in identifying problems, setting goals, and implementing effective solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to remain current on best practices in mental health care.
• Assist in routine documentation and treatment planning as required, seamlessly integrated through our cloud-based EHR.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population dealing with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and dual diagnoses. Our patients come from various backgrounds and age groups, and as an LPC, you will be instrumental in guiding them through their individual journeys toward recovery and empowerment.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oregon.
• At least three years of experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Strong skills in utilizing telecommunication technology, with a reliable laptop/desktop computer, internet access, and video capability.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your schedule, including potential weekend and evening hours.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

While three years of mental health counseling experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and the intricacies of insurance claims processing is also a plus.
