Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, making it easy for counselors to conduct sessions and communicate with clients effectively. • Conduct thorough assessments of new clients by reviewing their history and presenting concerns, and develop tailored treatment plans that respond to their specific needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, session notes, and progress tracking in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive mental health care and provide referrals when needed.
• Actively engage in ongoing supervision and consultation to enhance skills and improve client outcomes, while contributing to peer support initiatives within the team.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess current licensure as a Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize telehealth modalities effectively.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, with the capacity to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including special populations such as children, LGBTQIA+, and those experiencing substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and therapy notes.
• Previous involvement in professional development or supervision roles.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and availability to manage urgent situations appropriately.

The annual salary for this Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
