Requirements:
  • Active Property/Casualty insurance license (must be wiling to obtain)
  • Prior insurance experience highly preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and remote work tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and close sales
Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets by engaging leads, generating quotes, and closing policies
  • Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to identify cross-selling and win-back opportunities
