Our Lead Carpenters lead projects, mentor teammates, solve construction challenges, and create an exceptional experience for homeowners. We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally, and enjoys leading others while remaining hands-on in the field.
