Employment Type:
Full-time W-2 employee via an Employer of Record (EOR) in the United States.

Salary Range: $ 120,000-140,000 per year.

About us:

ETFbook is a Swiss company providing data, analytics, and custom solutions in the Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) space.  Founded in 2020, we aim to make global ETF data accessible, actionable, and valuable for institutional participants, including ETF issuers, index providers, fund service providers, market makers, exchanges, and buy-side institutions (incl. asset managers, wealth managers, hedge funds, pension funds, robo-advisors, family offices, and many others.)

We develop a platform which offers comprehensive insights through a user-friendly web application and robust data APIs, covering areas such as product analysis, fund flow tracking, holdings analytics, performance comparisons, and liquidity assessments. We do also provide custom reports and analytics meeting many sophisticated institutional needs.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven ETF Account Manager to lead client engagement and business growth in North America. You will act as ETFbook’s face in the US market -cultivating relationships with institutional clients, ETF promoters, and ecosystem partners. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales, account management, and thought leadership while shaping the future of ETF data solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow client relationships across the ETF ecosystem — including ETF promoters, asset managers, wealth managers, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach, targeted prospecting, and engagement (demos, workshops, presentations, events, campaigns).
  • Lead onboarding processes and ensure seamless adoption of ETFbook’s platform, APIs, and custom solutions.
  • Act as a trusted ETFbook ambassador, advising clients on product innovation, data solutions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and tech teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Monitor client engagement to identify challenges, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and deepen long-term partnerships.
  • Create high-quality client materials, including tailored presentations, reports, and training.
  • Stay on top of ETF market trends, regulations, and competition to position ETFbook strategically in client discussions.

 Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in the ETF ecosystem (account management, institutional sales, client services, or sales support) within the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of ETFs, including data & analytics, capital markets, and investment strategies.
  • Track record of engaging and influencing decision-makers across institutional finance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organized — thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required (Master’s degree or CFA designation a plus).

 What we offer:

  • 100% remote work from New York State.
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Medical, Dental and Vision coverage
  • Exciting growth opportunities in a fast-paced startup.
  • Closely hand-in-hand collaboration with CEO.
  • Impactful work: help revolutionise ETF data market, currently fastest growing area of finance.
  • High-impact role in one of the fastest-growing areas of finance (ETFs and data analytics)
  • Culture of innovation: collaborate with forward-thinking professionals in technology and finance where experimentation and creativity are encouraged.
