Talent Consultant (Embedded RPO / Talent Acquisition Consultant)
Position Overview
Ignite Human Capital is seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to support a leading investment management organization through a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Talent Advisory engagement. This consultant will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering top-tier talent across investment, legal, compliance, finance, operations, and corporate functions.
The ideal consultant brings experience recruiting within financial services, private equity, asset management, alternative investments, investment banking, legal, compliance, or related professional services environments. This role requires a highly consultative recruiter capable of partnering directly with hiring leaders, advising on talent strategy, managing full-cycle recruitment, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, organizational structure, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and long-term fit.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists with detailed evaluations and market insights.
  • Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop talent market maps and competitor analyses for strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Support employer branding, talent attraction campaigns, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Deliver regular recruiting metrics, hiring progress updates, and executive-level reporting.
