  • Shift: Open availability required between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time); Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

What You'll Be Doing
  • Answer inbound customer calls and chat inquiries, assisting with account creation, password resets, document uploads, and general support.
  • Help customers understand eligibility requirements and healthcare coverage options while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional background in retail, hospitality, or food service may be considered.
