This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work setting while remaining connected to a supportive team dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. You will work Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your role will involve using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to maintain comprehensive documentation and facilitate client interactions.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed in collaboration with the client.
• Provide direct counseling services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to address complex cases, sharing insights about clients' psychosocial stressors to ensure holistic and effective treatment.
• Document all client interactions, including medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage with community resources and services to network and facilitate access for clients as needed, addressing areas such as substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health conditions. This role requires a sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Your work will directly impact client outcomes, contributing to their overall well-being and stability.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California, with eligibility to practice in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling with proven abilities to engage and support clients from various backgrounds.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience working in community mental health settings or with specific populations (such as trauma survivors or those dealing with addiction) will be preferred. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and outcomes-based practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
