• Conduct engaging and structured CBT-based therapy sessions with clients through our secure video platform, ensuring a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
• Utilize modern tools and software to streamline documentation processes, enhancing efficiency and allowing for a focus on patient care.
• Participate actively in weekly group consultation meetings to receive clinical support, share insights, and foster professional growth.
• Maintain a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for predictable work hours that support work-life balance.

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues. You will effectively utilize your CBT skills to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, you will play a crucial role in fostering healing and resilience.

• An active and valid Florida license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a therapeutic capacity, with a focus on providing individual therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and methodologies.
• Strong digital literacy and comfort navigating telehealth platforms and other technological tools.

• A minimum of one year of experience working independently in a clinical setting, managing your caseload effectively.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of cultural competence in therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth regulations and best practices for delivering remote care.

Thought Matters, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
