Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct private, ethical, and empathetic individual counseling sessions via video chat.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring approaches to fit the individual needs of your clients.
  • Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique circumstances and goals.
  • Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships to foster personal growth.

  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our fully remote team to share best practices and improve service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on assisting stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating various mental health needs. You will work with clients presenting with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals gain skills and insights that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • License must be fully active and not limited or provisional, with no disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, an empathetic nature, and a strong commitment to ethical practice.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with virtual counseling tools.
Preferred Experience

While at least two years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are motivated and committed to making a difference in the lives of their clients. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of $90,000 to $104,000, depending on qualifications and working hours. In addition, we offer a significant sign-on bonus, bi-weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors.
