Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health concerns, using validated assessment tools to inform treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address clients' diverse needs.
• Engage clients in collaborative treatment planning by establishing clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and evaluations.
• Adapt treatment modalities for teletherapy, ensuring clients receive effective support regardless of their location.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or licensed psychologist.
