This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integrated within a collaborative outpatient facility. Our team comprises psychiatrists, psychologists, and various health professionals dedicated to providing holistic and cohesive care for our clients. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs, thereby formulating tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address shared mental health concerns, providing an avenue for community support.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention services to effectively manage acute mental health emergencies when they arise.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, discussing treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and professional development.
• Stay current on emerging research and evidence-based practices to continually enhance your therapeutic approach.

You will work with a diverse client population in the Bloomsburg area, including individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges. Our practice aims to provide culturally competent and accessible mental health services, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Proven track record in conducting detailed mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on inclusive practices that address diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Strong ethical foundation, sound judgment, and devotion to maintaining professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment focused on patient care.

• Experience treating co-occurring disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or psychoeducational programming.
• Skills in utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote client engagement.
