Job Description Job Title: IT Project Management Healthcare Consultant - Level II Location: Hybrid (Remote with travel 10-20%) Department: Healthcare Consulting Services Reports to: VP of Healthcare Data & AI Position Overview The IT Project Management Healthcare Consultant (Level II) plays a key role in guiding healthcare clients through complex technology initiatives such as application rationalization, data platform modernization, and digital transformation. This individual blends technical expertise, data-driven storytelling, and polished communication skills to help clients make strategic, evidence-based decisions that align with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead or support technology programs such as application rationalization, system optimization, and data modernization across healthcare enterprises.

Translate data insights into compelling narratives that support executive decision-making and strategic alignment. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Develop and execute detailed project plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.

Facilitate workshops and executive presentations with strong command of healthcare technology concepts. Conduct assessments of healthcare system landscapes (EHR, CRM, ERP, analytics platforms) to inform modernization roadmaps. Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure program success while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Work independently across multiple workstreams, balancing hands-on project delivery with client relationship management. Travel up to 10-20% for client engagements, team collaboration, and onsite facilitation sessions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or healthcare technology consulting. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape (EHRs, interoperability, data platforms, analytics tools). Proven experience with application rationalization or portfolio optimization initiatives.

Exceptional communication planning and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with executives. Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel)

PMP, CSM, or comparable certification preferred.
