Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize effective psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver tailored services to individuals and families addressing emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish initial treatment plans and discharge plans in coordination with the clientโ€™s needs.
  • Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as aligned with the clientโ€™s treatment plan and therapeutic goals.
  • Regularly review and revise treatment plans based on client progress and changing needs.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy services in compliance with both facility and state regulations to ensure high standards of care.
  • Manage a caseload of clients while ensuring every patient receives the attention and resources they require for recovery.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to collaborate with peers and enhance the therapeutic services provided.
  • Prioritize patient safety and satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively wherever possible.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the overall goals of the practice.
