Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a relentless, high-speed Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our national staffing engine. In this role, you will be a high-volume "talent hunter," identifying and placing a diverse range of medical professionals-from Mental Health Counselors, to Registered Nurses and Physicians to Allied Health and specialized clinical staff-into top-tier healthcare facilities coast-to-coast.

Work Schedule: M to F 9-5 pm

Work Type: 100% Remote W2 Full Time

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nationwide Sourcing: Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across all modalities (Nursing, Physician, Allied Health, and Administration) in all 50 states.
  • High-Impact Outreach: Drive candidate engagement through massive "text blast" campaigns and high-volume daily call targets (50-100 calls) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Clinical Vetting: Conduct daily video interviews on Zoom to assess licensure, clinical competency, and cultural fit for hospitals, outpatient centers, and urgent care clinics.
  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Own the recruiter lifecycle from initial sourcing and "selling" the opportunity to credentialing and final placement.
